This just saved me. I suffer from migraines I had a violent one hit me and along with it tinitius. I had to lay still on my bed with my ice pack and blindfold on waiting for the meds to take the edge off. Your voice helped shift my attention directly off the migraine and mainly off the white noise. Signed up once I could function. Thank you.
