Thanks for believing in value for value. I'm looking for YOUR "why". What made you do something as positively rebellious like paying for a free podcast? What did it feel like to take that step? What internal or external resistance did you have to overcome to take the plunge? Those of you that have been patrons for years, why do you stay supporting the show? How does it feel knowing your support has provided well over 100 million nights of good sleep of other people across the world?

800 episodes and I could not have done it without you. Thanks so much!

The podcast adds value and I contribute so that it can continue. Frankly, I haven't listened in months, but I don't want to cancel because I believe it's helpful (and I know it will be there when I need it again.)

I had been listening to sleep with me here and there in some years, was crossing paths with it randomly (In search of something to distract my mind to sleep) and each time I liked it more. I got a burn out at work which lead to epic insomnia... Or the other way around... And I was on work leave for two months, rehabilitating myself and I got very serious about the importance of my sleep. I started having this sleep hygiene/ritual that included a daily dose of sleep with me. It was helping a lot. I started getting excited about new episodes and thought it would be nice to have new ones all the time. I also felt some respect for you, Scooter. Felt like indeed a few dollars per month is not a big deal. Now, I stay because I enjoy it, it helps a lot and because I'm thankful.
