Black Kat = Villain

Abilities: Requires Cyborg Head Gear

“Laser Eye” High-intensity laser shoots from Cyborg Eye causing huge damage

“Strength” Enhanced strength when head gear is on

“Seduce” Lower intensity laser that can mind control lesser humans
