The temptation to make 'Rouge the Boobs' title was great~

I'm indifferent to Sonic stuff, but arts of Rouge appearing here and there from other artists made me enjoy this character just for the looks and visually obvious femme fatale background.
So I gave another try to draw Rouge (this is not the first) and here she is~
