Frillish and Jellicent are here!

Last minute unplanned addition to our Water sets for the month, and a perfect segue into our Ghost sets next month! I didn't preview these before since.. well to be honest, I totally forgot they were Ghost-Types, but hey, it all worked out in the end.

This was a rather quick set to make since I already had the idea in my head of how to slightly redesign them with their outfit designs, but couldn't settle 100% on an appearance. As such, Jellicent's secondary outfit actually appears more closely to her sprite's outfit than her default outfit does (which is shown above). She also has a custom colored Kokomi outfit, for any Genshin fans. It was really fitting so it just made sense to do.

There's no male sprite for Jellicent, btw. There is one for Frillish, which is slightly different than her above female sprite, so I debated just making the "male" versions of these two the same, but light blue, but they did just feel like "Shiny" versions. So I'll wait until the Jellicent male sprite comes out in the year 2058 to release that.

I'm not 100% certain this is the last set this month, but there are only a couple days left so I won't make any promises, I just have been doing a ton of work in the background on different stuff but its mostly incomplete.

Also, I wanted to do a slight update to the Mudkip family but there's some really weird issues that popped up when trying to update the body. I honestly have no idea what causes it, it just.. breaks. Fortunately the Mudkip line is rather well done and not totally needed for an update.
