Team Galactic Leader Cyri is here!

This is an unusual one, since it's technically one of the few completely original designs from myself. There is no base card other than Cyrus himself, the design is 100% my own creation. Also unusual is that last time I released the lowest level gang members first leading up to the Leader, with regards to Team Rocket. This time, it's the opposite.

That said, I don't know when I'll do Mars and Jupiter - it might be next release or it might not, technically I wasn't even planning to release this but I did it on my "free time" and only today finalized it for release.

Quick note: I'm currently working on the Magnemite line, and I'm taking another look at Rayquaza with our recent updates to KK. I'm also tinkering with Dialga and Palkia for a slight update, not a whole rework, but some polishing. If you know the plot of Gen 4 you can kind of piece together what I'm working towards now that Cyrus/Cyri is here, since Cyri uses a certain.. chain to dominate Dialga and Palkia, if you know what I mean.
