Staryu and Starmie have been reworked!

Please be sure to update your mods as these use a few newly created user mods to work properly!

Staryu/Starmie have been on my list to update for awhile, and since Broxi got her Onix, Misty needed her dynamic duo as well. Although the sprites haven't been reworked (I think they at least got polished a bit!) these now actually are designed over their original sprite's appearance, rather than being.. half-assed. If you still have the old cards you probably know what I mean. As usual, please report any error.

Some quick notes: Staryu's belly jewel is doubled in some outfits, due to clipping. "Sub" will turn off one pair, but one is designed for her clothed appearance, the other when she is nude. Starmie's star dress also turns off with Sub accessories flicked off. Additionally, there has been a bug present lately with outfit overlays carrying over to all sets. In order to circumvent this error, the clothing overlays are now saved through Material Editor -> Material Texture, instead of the Overlay window. Until this problem gets fixed all future outfits will do the same.

Still, another pair fitting of the Alolan theme. Summer is here and raging, especially in SoCal, hopefully it comes to an end soon so we can get onto fall and the sPoOpY SeAsON!
