Mini(?)-Update: Some teasers. (Patreon)

Seriously, I JUST get done releasing an updated Jessie and this mod comes out? Come on! Now I have to update some of the Rocket members, AGAIN..

Anyways, how are you all doing today?

I just wanted to mention a few things without actually having to make a full on update post or anything, but at the moment I'm planning the schedule for the upcoming Gen 4 releases. As I mentioned before, MOST of the sprites are done, but there's a few important ones that need to be finished up before we actually jump into them, some of those being the Starter families.

Usually I poll to see which family you guys all want first, but for sake of time/scheduling, we'll be releasing them in a particular order this time, since only one family is technically finished, one of them is almost done, and one needs work to be done still.

So, first up will be the Piplup family!

This kind of works out anyways, since Piplup's line is one of the more popular ones compared to the other two, and one I've personally been requested to do for some time now. Her sprite is absolutely gorgeous and I want to create some awesome alternate outfits for them as well.

The Turtwig line may be after, as that one is nearly complete, leaving Chimchar for last.

Accompanying trainers have not been decided yet though, nor any other releases, so consider this just an early tease!

Also, did I say we were done with reworks? I mean, I think I said that, I'm not sure.. Maybe I did, maybe I didn't. Look, enough bullshit, I just really wanna do the new Nidoqueen (in more ways than one, you know what I mean?), so I'll likely end up re-making her soon.. Here's the New vs Old comparison.

She's fucking GORGEOUS. The whole family line is cute, actually. They even have SWARDS!

The Nidoking line has also been remade. I won't show off the sprites for them here, but I think I will make two separately lines - remaking the "female" Nidoking line as before, but also attempting to make an actual "male" Nidoking line. They would be our first actual male Moemon cards (Ditto doesn't count..), but no promises, as the Male-character creator is SEVERELY lacking, particularly with how the clothing works. But an attempt will be made.

To be honest, there are a few remakes I still want to do for Gen 1, but the only reason I decided to push it off for another time is simply because I feel that Gen 4 should come out next month. Here's a few others that have had new sprites made for them:

Others not shown here include Clefairy/Clefable, Meowth/Persian, Magneton, Rapidash, and even Charmeleon has a new look!

So honestly it's up to you guys if you want me to do another month of Gen 1 reworks and other non-Moemon cards (even though this month is not  yet finished, there's still some other things to come). Like I mentioned, the main reason to do reworks would be to not only update some of these older favorites, but also to give the artists more time to finish future Gen Moemon, since as of today, Gen 4 is roughly 99% done, but Gen 5 is about 75% done, Gen 6 is about 40% done, Gen 7 is maybe 30% done, and Gen 8, the latest Galar region, literally only has one family line done (Hatenna).

So in other words, spreading out a bit on content is a good way to ensure all of us finish at once, if you know what I mean. I'd hate to get stonewalled midways through Gen 6 or something and have nothing to release. That would be a disaster.

But I'll put up a poll probably next week and you can all decide.
