Another rework - Rocket Admins Ariana & Archer!

First appearing in Gold & Silver, the Rocket Admins (or Executives) led Team Rocket in place of Giovanni's absence. There technically are four - Ariana, Archer, Proton & Petrel, but these two specifically are reworks. Unsure if I will release genderbent versions of the other two, but for now I think it was obvious these two needed a quick pick-me-up, with a custom Archer sprite, of course.

Archer is so fucking cute btw I love this new hair omg
