Whitney is here!

There's no shortage of fan art with Whitney, so choosing which outfits to base them on really come down to a matter of taste, but here's a few choice pieces cobbled together:

Along with her standard outfit, there's a mixture of others I think fit her personality well, though defining what exactly her personality is is contended. From the games, she's a whiny little bitch who is so upset with losing that she cries her eyes out, not giving the player the badge until one of her Gym trainers tells the player to wait a bit until she's done crying. This is starkly different from the anime, in which she appears very stoic, hardworking, and even willing to train with Ash until he figures out how to beat her, and proudly gives him the Plain badge.

The card itself is based on Evaan's work, but I vastly altered almost every iteration of it, so as to be nearly completely indistinguishable. Her main outfit includes an overlay to closely match that of her sprite's, seen here:

There's probably an easier way to figure out how to do the above, but I just go pixel-by-pixel trying to find out what works. THANKFULLY the overlay works in real time, so I can adjust it as needed until I find the appropriate "layout" and color it accordingly. You have no idea how difficult this part is! But in the end, we prevail!
