Can't start Gen 2 without our resident Professor, this time being Professor Elm!

As a quick note, I pondered with naming her Elma, but Elm is certainly a last name, isn't it? And I couldn't make Elma her first name, since that would just be Elma Elm! And as far as we know, we don't know any of the Professor's first names, except for a few (like Philena Ivy), so for now, her first name is Professor!
