Gym Leader Blaire & Mega Arcanine! (Patreon)

The daughter of Blaine, formerly Cinnabar Island's Gym Leader, the Hot-Headed Quiz Master, is here, along with her Mega Arcanine!

There's no sprites for either of these, since neither technically exist, but the clothing for Blaire is obviously based on her father, Blaine. 

For Mega Arcanine, the main piece of work used was this:

The markings were made as an overlay and applied to her skin, while the rest of the clothes were kept at a minimum, and some of her clothing options are edited to appear shredded. Lots of work was put into her, as such.
