Sandshrew and Sandslash have been reworked!

And they have Shiny forms!

The typical updates apply here:

• Updated face/body model of both
• Altered the ears of both
• Slightly different outfit for Sandshrew (under clothing is different, and she now has long nails to represent her claws)
• Added Shiny versions (Try to say "Shiny Sandshrew| 5 times really fast...) 
• New card fronts for both
