Fire and Ice! (Patreon)

Today are some of my all-time favorite Pokemon, Vulpix and Ninetails! I've always loved the originals, and the Alolans were one of the few that I actually liked the design of - so today you get both the original and the Alolan forms!

I really wish we had this spirally-hair thingie, because it would have come in handy with Clefairy/Clefable, Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff and Vulpix here. Perhaps if a hair mod like that ever gets made, I'll revisit these cards. But, even so, the Moemon sprites don't have tails! That's a crime. So, for lack of some spirally-tail-hair-things, I've given her tails. Note: While original Vulpix has 6 tails, my Moemon version has only 5 - but she has a ponytail. I like to think of that as the 6th 'tail'.

My Moemon Ninetails, meanwhile, DOES have 9 tails, because.. Come on, it's in the name. Her outfit, as well as Vulpix's, are designed after traditional Shinto Miko garbs, also known as Shrine Maidens. It's a beautiful design, even if it isn't exactly slutty.

Meanwhile, Alolan Vulpix and Ninetails are certainly not dressed for their environments. Unfortunately, they don't have official Moemon sprites as of yet. I found the above through the Moemon Discord, but it's an older sprite and not currently used in any of the romhacks. So, while it does look good, I just decided to use full creative liberty to design them however I want!
