I was pleasantly surprised to find the pattern for Sandshrew's outer shell/clothing available, but not the exact outfit. Well, when in doubt, bikini's out.

The Sandslash sprite has evolved a lot during the development of Moemon, but this is the one I've grown most fond of, and so the KK model was based on this. The ears for both are simply not available in game, but as you'll notice with the upcoming Nidoran families, I've been improvising with hairpieces/bristles for ears. I think they look fine, I'll just try not to overuse them.
