I have a confession to make. I never actually liked the pantslessness being a permanent part of Molly's design. Never. Never liked it. I always hated that it left pretty much all of her detail localized entirely in her upper body, leaving the eyes practically stuck up there with nothing to really drag them up and down her form like in a good character design. The only reason that was ever a thing was pretty much because of exactly one guy that I thought was really annoying. No, really.

Normally I'm more than happy to take suggestions from the audience, but this guy just irritated me so much that anything he suggested I immediately actively wanted to NOT do just on principle. So when he wanted a particular character that you could consider an OC to be used again, I didn't wanna. so my excuse, my way of justifying that to myself was to have it so OC pics actually have continuity between them, so with the particular context this girl's pic had, she was effectively "written out," right from the start and couldn't come back. This had the consequence that I had to hold all of my art, or at least all of my art that features OCs and isn't commissioned, to the same standard. That's why Bessie kept the hyper ass for so long when the first pic I did of her was supposed to be a butt expansion pic, as in that that wasn't supposed to be her default proportions. That's why you might notice that in the last couple pics I did of Bessie, she still has a big butt, but it's not hyper-sized anymore, that was me putting my foot down and taking control of my character back rather than effectively surrendering it to one annoying guy who probably had no idea that he had so much indirect control.

Well now it's Molly's turn, because I drew her without pants the first time because I thought her being on a broom, so even though she's pantsless her naughty bits are still covered, would make it look a little classy, but because these pics gotta have continuity, I needed to come up with a reason for why she was pantsless that time, as if anybody besides me was really going to care, so I came up with the whole curse angle. And I've regretted it ever since.

So consider this to be sort of a sendoff to the old "continuity" that I never really wanted and nobody really asked for. Because I've always said that she could take the curse off of herself at any time, she only chose not to because she liked the pantsless look. But now she actually has a reason to, because Professor Rexa is finally putting her foot down and enforcing the dress code, an admittedly pretty lenient one considering most schools with dress codes crack down disproportionately hard on just a little bit of shoulder, let alone that much midriff, but Molly being Molly, rather than just do what she's told, found it a much more fun idea to transfer the curse to Rexa and then pretend it was an accident. And because Rexa knows just as well as Molly how to remove curses and has no desire to hold onto this one like Molly did, this is it, this is the end of the curse, both on Molly and on myself...as melodramatic as that sounded to me typing it out...

I understand that you might want to do anything to spite this person but I think it'll do you better to focus exclusively on what you like. if you have to put aside your preference for a single commission, I believe it'll be a lot healthier for you to get the money you need and move on. if it could be skip, tell them no and do another commission. no one should have to hold on to hatred for so long that it throws everything out of wack...
