Hmmm... at first I was inclined to say that this was a rendering of Utena from Revolutionary Girl Utena. But after seeing the other comments and remembering that Ordinal Scale is supposed to premier in Japan soon... I would probably say it's Amanda as Asuna. And this would be for Catch the Moment.
