Gosh! This is a mistake. Forgot to put it in when packing. More unfortunately, the original file is on my old PC and cannot be retrieved temporarily. Fortunately, it juse a Cam vmd, you can find another one replace it (I also provided one at the end) to ensure that the archive can be loaded normally.
