Oooookay, clearing quarantine hasn’t been so bad for me. I did roller coaster about 10-12 lb since the summer. Not having an actual gym to lift weights hasn’t been easy either. A few other variables in there but you get the picture. Very few of you have seen my “actual check in” pictures. I’ll start those after Christmas. I’ve tried to calculate where I want to go but the math doesn’t quite add up. However I still don’t know what X equals to which is the muscle I gained.

I always go off my stage weight then add 10-15lb and that’s where I like to be. My stage weight is 142lb. Right now I sit at 152 and that’s a big problem. I understand to most of you “it doesn’t makes sense” and nothing looks wrong but to me, I’ve lost a lot. A whole lot. Muscle isn’t gained quickly like fat. It took almost a year of heavy lifting for me to gain 8, maybe 10 lb of muscle. I’m going to adding some different vitamins in my mix, new protein, (no creatinine) that’s just water weight. And a few other things I’ll let you know as I go. My goal is to drop the 10 lb of fat but gain the 8-10 lb of muscle back. This will not take a year due to muscle memory. I can gain it all back in a few months. The way I go about what I do is safe and always monitored. I have a basic meal of protein/Carb/Veg 5 meals a day + breakfast + snack. I will not be preforming any cardio but will let you know as soon as I do. My end goal mostly depends on my quads and hams to really grow. Altogether looking at a 6 month journey. Thanks for reading my novel

Liv, that is an awesome goal! I am super stoked to see your motivation kicking back in. I know it has been hard during these trying times. I share in that pain. The gym at my fire house has been closed off multiple times to all but on duty staff this year due covid shutdowns. I also have found it hard to keep up with what I was shooting for. I have been trying to get down to 200 or under (currently hanging around 208) without losing the muscle I already have. I wish all the best in your endeavor and thanks for reading my little novel as well! 😉🤘🤘🤘🤘 you got this!

I can't help but find it astonishing and impressive how you can sculpt your own body the way you do! There's a whole world of knowledge you have for being able to do this that is just beyond me, and I just can't help but be in awe of you! <3 You're a beautiful badass lady Liv, keep on rockin it <3 <3 <3

I’m at about 135-140 last I checked, but want to gain more muscle weight. I just wish I had motivation and organization like you do Liv. Keep up the great work, you’re looking amazing!

You are looking amazing, and if you can be healthy and safe and meet your goals, more power to you.

My doc has a set of scales that sends an electric pulse through you to tell you what your body comp is. Even let's you know how much each limb weighs. It's pretty cool. You got this Liv!!

To your 'most won't understand' comment.. a lot of, if not most of, perception is in the eye of the beholder, where what our own eyes see won't necessarily be apparent to someone else. Regardless, whether or not we see what you see or don't, we're behind you 100%

The looks have not to be commented any further. I really respect your commitment to your goal but commendable is your planning and your realistic and healthy approach! Not much more to say, because I am sure you give it your all as always.

Thats great that your setting fitness goals for yourself. I honestly dont 100% get the rational behind it as you look amazing already. (not a fitness type person.) But i will always support any goal that involves self improvement. Looking forward to the journey.

Makes sense to me that its not easy keeping muscle strength during the lockdown and that fat would take its place. While you still look incredibly fit to me, I understand your reasoning and it seems like a good goal to set for yourself. I wish you luck in achieving it!

I’m interested seeing your process Liv, and the winning factor is that from the looks of it you have discipline and motivation especially when it comes to your food intake. Back when I was a power lifter my mind set at first was just shovel a lot of food in and I’ll get strong but I learned that it’s not that simple. Like you said a balance of carbs, proteins, and other important nutritional factors although it’s obvious your meal plan is way different from mine nevertheless I look forward to seeing your progress Liv

Damn liv so beautiful and perfection ♥️ 😍

Oh yeah. Not even close. With power lifting, you still have to pay attention to what you are eating. I just have the bare minimum of fat intake. The brain/body needs carbs. It doesn’t need the fat. “Healthy fat” does help give some more energy. I was really considering powerlifting but my body isn’t meant for that. I know I look strong but My bone structure and being as tall as I am makes me more prone to major injuries.

You are so CLOSE!! Working out from home is one of the most difficult things for me, personally.

If you do start lifting in any way. Up your protein. Even in the form of powder. Double up if you have to. Just make sure you keep lifting or your body will have a really hard time filtering out the extra.

I do only have few numbers to go off of. No idea what my BMI is but honestly I don’t need it

You look fantastic Liv, we all know you worked very hard to get in amazing shape and we know that your gonna absolutely kill it when comes to reaching your goal and ya working out from home is definitely entirely different I've been working out from home for awhile now and while doesn't have the same feel as the gym and I can't do certain workouts I've been able to make it work so ya lol sorry if I put my own little novel here too lol anyway keep up the great work Liv.

I've seen you when on stage. You looked great but really it wasn't your best look. Seeing you now, with the 10-15 lbs of fat really looks a lot better. Seeing you with the extra muscle is very exciting for me. I don't believe I've ever seen you at your desired weight and muscle structure. I've seen you work really hard, with amazing commitment and dedication. I've also seen you hangry. This should be awesome routine to witness. I send you all of my best wishes for a successful journey. I will remember that a successful journey is not necessarily reaching the perfect outcome, but reaching an outcome that one is happy and proud of. Give it hell, Liv.

You doing bodybuilding or those sculpting comps? Keto & jacked 3d (Banned in the UK now) was (in my early 20s) the way I used to shred 6 months before the summer.
