About Direct Message Issues (Patreon)

Hey everyone! niki here with a lil more information about what's going on with Patreon DMs and photo albums.

We've gotten questions from a lot of you since Patreon changed their messaging system about getting your photo albums, and we just want you to know we are aware of the problem and in talks with Patreon support about how to make sure this won't effect our releases in the future. The TL;DR version of the situation is that in changing how messages are organized, it flubbed a couple things on our end because we utilize group messaging so heavily.

The only solution for now is to make sure to check your email! If you were in a tier that was meant to receive any albums but are missing the Mad Moxxi album or Sydney's boudoir, even though they are missing from your DMs on the actual website, you should see the full message in your email notification with that link. If this doesn't solve your problem, feel free to message us through Patreon so we can get everything fixed.
