This last week was really something else and set me back a little. Shopping for what I needed to eat was a challenge, gym just shut down as well. I drank 2 days this week and can feel that. Having a cheat day with the girls at the beach that was unplanned had me slip the rest of the week. I did still get my work outs in and my plan was to add more fat because I dropped too quick. As long as I can stay above 150 it will be a lot easier to keep gaining more muscle.
For those of you who are unaware, muscle take WAY longer to gain. It took me about a year of training to gain 7-9 lb of muscle. But if you understand the process of muscle growth (the body tearing and rebuilding) is a slow process.
So today I sit at exactly 157. Gained 3lb and what feels like a lot of water wait. My goal is to just stay above 150 right now and gain muscle. Lots of Halle fed ahead with no gym and trying to find the right food but I’m going to do my best.
