Ok so here I sit now at 154.4. You should already be able to tell a little bit of a difference. But not much. I did have a cheat meal (even though it was healthy) with the girls on our Sunday outing. That cheat mean kinda followed into Monday but I still hit the gym and had a mix up upper body work out plus Abs. I realize now it’s st paddys and I’m not wearing green but I’m sure no one is complaining about it.🙃
Today I will have a dinner w the fam for the holidays. Since that is concidered a “full cheat meal” of unhealthy fats I will be hitting some cardio tonight so I don’t feel like a slug tomorrow. I only add cardio if I have a big cheat meal. That is my personal rule of thumb. Sometimes it’s worth it and sometimes I just don’t want to do the cardio so I won’t cheat. I have been also hovering around or just under half a gallon. That has been difficult to accomplish. Skipping meals is also something. I don’t mean to and don’t want to skip a meal but if I’m running around out and about and I don’t have my prep food then I just won’t eat until I get home.
