So here is my check in (I do these w a trainer) I decided to show the weekly progress to show you that it is possible to lose weight, gain muscle, not cut out carbs and NOT incorporate cardio.
I say this because I hate cardio😂
The most I will do is the day after leg day I like to add a 10 minute incline walk on the treadmill. It’s good to get a good stretch and blood flowing through those muscles after they have torn. This way they can healing process is less painful.
Next week if anyone would like I can answer any questions about diet, exercise and/or just health in general. I do NOT have a degree in any of these subjects but I do have experience. I will try to ask questions to the best of my knowledge. Any specific questions I am unsure of I will ask my trainer and get back to you.
In these post’s over time will show a progress in lean muscle. I will only be dropping 10-12 lb of body fat. I sit at 158.1 . Over the last week and a half I did drop 4 lb just by sticking to meals I prepped and not grazing all day. This will be split into 2 parts 12-12. The first 12 weeks will work on muscle growth and form. The following 12 will be to lean out.
