A Push Came to a Shove... (Patreon)

Recently, I had a rather unpleasant reminder that a certain festive piracy site was back from the brink, and some strawhat has come after me for my work*.  And today... (Saturday 25th November):

... the old system of sorting through 'posts by month' has now vanished.  I only knew about this by chance as I saw several disgruntled posts on formerly-known-as-Twitter mention it today.  

I've also been informed that it's getting very difficult to go to the latest page addition of my comics since the old ... 'slide-bar' menu (which would have a small thumbnail of the images at the bottom so you could slide it along left or right, rather than manually having to click the arrows and cycle through images one-by-one) has also disappeared.  Given my longest running comic is at a colossal 164 pages now... ummm?  

I half-suspect this may be a form of  'encouragement' for image-based content creators (such as myself) to start using the new Collections feature.  

This is going to affect how I post new works going forward.  I am absolutely loathe to start up yet another Discord server again (I'm at the point I'm willing to pay someone else to handle that stuff on my behalf) but the leaks and now the user interface worsening ... it's left me really demotivated.  Like, I woke up this morning and spent six hours messing around on Tears of the Kingdom because I didn't want to work.  

It's very sad that just after hitting the eight year mark, things have rather dsintegrated somewhat, and it's the Audience who suffers.

To each and every single legtimiate Patron who's supported me throughout this year (and if you're more long-term throughout my time on here).  I don't take your generosity for granted in the slightest; I could not be as prolific with my artwork were it not for your kindness keeping me financially afloat.    You rock, you rule.  Your support has been gratefully recieved and despite this hiccup, I'm not planning on stopping art altogether.  No way.
