Simply put:

Your support has been invaluable and has really helped me cover multiple expenses through the year.  My sister’s wedding, my dental treatment, my car, the opticians, the new mattress, the tablet stand, medicinal costs… not to mention covering my rent and food shopping; every penny counts and in such unstable times, thanks for covering my back, even with my intermittent rest periods and the massive overhaul of my Patreon back in February.

That leads me onto my next announcement: I’m going to take a break for January 2022.

I’ve been active since the tail end of October and feel creatively tapped out again; I’ve tried to get it together with the remainder of this month’s work but it’s simply not coming to me.  Given the New Year begins the end of the week and presently, I don’t want to wake up in the morning… yeah, not happening (hence no Christmas picture this year).

So I’m hoping the downtime during post-Christmas normal times will help me recover and get back to my usual state of mind ergo continue working.

Once the payment cycle completes, I’ll pause Patreon so you won’t be charged for January’s content; see the illustration below to better understand what I mean.
