An youtuber named Thio Joe also had the same complains that you have about the spambots and the fact that YouTube doesn't do anything about them and decide to create an app by himself to stop them (apparently it scans the whole comment section of a video for scam messages and give you the option to delete them with a single press), you might like to take a look at it, the link to download the app is on the video description: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vOakOgYLUI&list=WL&index=1
