Great video, I collect old broadcast camera's and have a camera from the European broadcast counterpart.. A BTS / Philips LDK9000 HD CCD camera from the early 90s (1991/1992). It's in the 1250/50i format (Double 625 lines, similar to what the Japanese did). It used a 1" format sensor (bigger than the 2/3" broadcast standard).. Sadly can't power it up but it's a beast :)

YES. As soon as I saw the title I had to watch it. There's something so fascinating about obsolete technology doing virtually ahead-of-its-time things ... and of course how much you delve into it!
