Declined Patrons (Patreon)

Hey guys, I've noticed that there has been few declined patrons. In the past there has been a few declined patrons whom I've blocked immediately, only for them to contact me and explain why they were declined and ask to be unblocked.

So this time around, in lieu of blocking declined patrons immediately, I'm going to give you guys until July 7th to get your payment settings together. If you can't by this time, then you need to contact me via PM. Otherwise, you will be blocked.
