ur perfect with ur timing yes it fits perfect here, IN FACT you avoid all spoilers by doing it now the order is: Doctor Who Season 1 Doctor Who Season 2 Torchwood Season 1 Doctor Who Season 3 (in fact torchwood season 1 ends between episode 10 and 11 of season 3 in doctor who but its easier just watch them this way) then it gets a bit complicated because season 2 of torchwood runs again similar to doctor who season 3, and they have crossover episode 2 episodes before season 4 ends so ... complicated all xD

Oh btw, "Suzi" is Indira Varma. She has been in a ton of great stuff. She was in Game of thrones as Elaria Sand, she is in The Legend of Vox Machina as Allura, she was in Carnival row, Rome, Obi-wan, etc etc etc. :-)
