Vapor Trail and Sky Stinger are a pretty cute couple. Sky is a lot like Rainbow Dash; his "talent" is foundational to his identity, and when that's taken away, he has a bit of a breakdown. Vapor is more like Fluttershy, and she needed to learn how to provide "tough love" (remember the episode where she needed to make the Breezies leave her home). Excited for the finale next week; it's a fun one!

I liked the dynamic between Dash & Twilight with their difference in ideas: Twilight with being upfront and tell the truth, and Dash with not telling them flat out, but making them have to realize on their own they're not ready (Like Twilight showed her first hand in Testing Testing 1 2 3) So Rainbow using that same technique to other ponies would then make sense.

Fun fact (bittersweet fact as well): Angel Wings, the cream colored pegasus with pink-striped mane, was voiced by and designed by a fan of the show. The fan had a heart disease and it was their Make-A-Wish Foundation wish to be a part of the show.

I like this one more now than when it first came out. Kind of interesting that the friendship problem is that Vapor is hurting Sky more than helping. Kind of like she's "enabling" him to act the way he does. Anyway, Angel Wings was put into the show and voiced by Alexis Huele, who was able to do so through the Make-A-Wish foundation as she has a congenital heart disease. A sad note here is that Alexis used to regularly interact with the pony fandom on Twitter, but as she was a kid she put in a random birthdate on creation of her account. When she tried to fix it a few years later, Twitter immediately punished her by deleting the account. No warning, no second chances. EDIT - Whoops. Tsundere's comment wasn't here as I was writing mine. Guess I should refresh now and then. :P

I don’t do big little reviews but my fave part of this episodes were the faces twilight and dash had me dying.

Omni Jacala

You've been saying "where is this season going?" for a while now. Like... multiple seasons. =P So I feel like I oughta let you know that this show is more of a slice-of-life deal, rather than a show where a singular arc carries through the season. Compared to something like Adventure Time, this show isn't really going to give you that, so you probably need to lower your expectations in that regard. The wider adventure arc is really only ever built up by the 2-parters at the start and end of each season, with maybe a few sprinkled in mid-season.
