This episode proves what I argued ages ago. If 2 episodes are connected. There has to be a "To be continued" at the end of the fist one. Which proves the very first episode of this show was 1 very long one and not 2 separate. Like you taught they were back then!

I'm not the biggest fan of re-cap episodes or in general really, from this or other shows. However I still skim them through. To see if they say something relevant that could be used in later episodes.' Here they introduced this new senator character. Like they introduced others. That are not the biggest fans of the Stargate thing. We now know more about his character. Like we did for others. Again not the biggest fan of such episodes, but they are still par of the show. So I vaguely watch them as well.
