I love how animated you are about the show! It keeps me coming back. And I agree totally that it's exciting because it's so frustrating. When I watched it during initial broadcast, I remember thinking there was a raw, post-9/11 angsty energy that permeated every episode. Plus, Tricia Helfer is smokin' hot, not gonna lie. And really, every character is brimming with sexual energy. It's intoxicating. And you hit on a really important contrast: the fight to survive as an individual versus as a collective. Kain is just out for herself, while Roslin and Bill have been trying to hold together an entire society. From that perspective, their actions make total sense.
