Yeah, the two shorts you've watched already give you a good idea of what the rest are about. Simply showing the EQG girls' affinity for their instruments in a little humorous skit. I thought they did a good job of matching instruments to their characters. The other shorts are songs that didn't make it into the movie. That big column of light that drew the Dazzlings' attention at the beginning was Twilight and her friends blasting Sunset Shimmer in the last movie. It's not clear how much time has passed, but chronology in the EQG world doesn't make sense anyway. Adagio is played by Kazumi Evans, who serves as Rarity's singing voice in the main show (a surprising number of characters use different actors for normal and singing voices; Sunset Shimmer is voiced by the actress who sings for Twilight). I like that they gave her a chance to play her own character here. Rarity's costumes at the end there are inspired by first, the Beatles album "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", and the second by Daft Punk. She does her homework!

as you've already uploaded the second half and clearly know by now they are not ponies but sea serpents we haven't seen them before but this will not be the last we see of them they make a few more appearances later on I wont say how long or when just to avoid spoilers but they are a key part of this shows story
