I somehow always liked the idea of Rarity becoming a villain, and here we are. A nice episode, but this isn't Rarity at her most evil. In the MLP comic series, Rarity was possessed by the same evil that consumed Luna, and she became Nightmare Rarity. In a bit of irony, Luna herself attempts to defeat her, but is hindered by the fact that she is holding back her own power in fear that the Nightmare will take her back over again. So... yeah. The comics are amazing. I'll leave a pic of Nightmare Rarity in the Discord. That's about all I have to say on this one. Getting close to the finale :D

They actually do have a currency. They call it 'bits'. Also the temperature of the fire might be regulated, by who is breathing it. Kinda like humans can blow air just a bit and they can also blow a lot when they take a deep breath. Insure on that, but it's my theory.

As KittyGuardian said, the ponies use bits, but they also use gems as currency. Other creatures may use other things as currency, however.
