a0.10 Character Route (Patreon)

So, as per the comment made on the update post; this is going to be the other character to be released alongside Hoss. If both are tied I'll pick whichever I feel has more interesting CGs to draw or some other arbitrary criteria. I'll try to get both done but again no promises.
