I finally added the $40 and $60 to the list as part of the upcoming patreon changes.  So far, they include:

I'll likely add more benefits to these when I think of any!  At some point soon I'll be going back to overhaul the previous tiers, but don't worry!  I'll let you guys know a month in advance when I do!
