All New Video Setup - Video Test 1 (Patreon)

Greetings and happy Saturday! At the end of 2019 I had no choice but to sell off my beloved Canon 1DX camera, the Sony 4K camera, all of the mics, the SSD drives, amps, cables, high-end cards, connectors, and everything else related to video production. Video wasn't working, in fact, it was causing more harm than good. So, I had to free up those resources to change direction.

I just started to build it back, albeit for a different purpose, but one which will hopefully keep you entertained to some degree. Maybe? Why not? The world is awful, enjoy some happy videos.

 I'm launching a new marketing plan for 2022 which will include some video work! Patrons, get ready for lighting tests and spinning product shots and pen tests and painting tests, etc... woo! Not as exciting as Robocop, but what can you do... You get it first! Maybe at all!

Here is the very first 4K video test from the new CGR Canon camera which just arrived late last week. This is literally the first time I shot anything with it to see how it records the iPad (which looks great!) and if my new hard drives can handle it (they can!) and if my rebuilt editing system works at all (it does!) and if I remembered to renew Vimeo (I did!) Woohoo!

This is a no-frills video with some old audio clips I found on a backup drive. This is the rough sketch and preliminary inks layer for the upcoming Robot Kitten Factory #3 cover design. 

I don't even have a 4K monitor yet, so if you do, how does it look? It should be 4K. It better be 4K dammit!
