Starting in September I would like to implement some major changes to not only my Patreon but how I do things in general. Because they are so big I will list the actual choices here:

1. Change my Patreon to charge per-update. I will start putting the majority of my content/focus on here with original pinups/sketches being posted a few times a month, Bodega Cat will move to a higher tier and I will also do polls for pinup subjects that you all get to vote on! Streams will also be available for both tiers of patrons for free (and will be much more frequent). This would mean that I would be doing less commissions and posting less often to other websites so this would be the main place to see my work.

2. Keep everything the same, where I have way less time to work on Bodega Cat because my schedule is hectic and Commissions take up the majority of my time (which is why I was barely able to stream last month) and everyone gets charged regardless.

Keep in mind, Patreon is part of my livelihood and it's become increasingly hard to rely on it the way it is now. With the changes I stated Patreon will go from a small cushion at the end of the month to a significant part of my income. But of course your opinion matters because you guys are the ones supporting me, so please let me know!

Would you be charging the same amount for your tiers it you changed to a per update model?

Ok, so I have a few questions regarding choice number 1.

(sorry, forgot enter sends messages, instead of spacing) 1.) How often per month would you plan to post, or would like to, as far as the comic goes? Would it be roughly every week? 2.) Would the comic tier also have access to the same rewards as the $2 + the comic? In general, for me personally, I'm really having a hard time making a decision here primarily because on one hand, as a good friend, I wanna see you do well. And I can totally see Option 1 doing that. On the other hand, the switch to charging per update is where I'm having a hard time just personally. Given that I wish to support your comic, if it stayed at $5, and say you posted a page once a week, my total patreon charge would be $20/$25. You would essentially become my highest spending patreon. As it stands now with all the patreons I support, I'm charged around $52 a month. And I just don't know if I'd be able to afford that monthly bill going any higher. I might see myself either dropping to the $2 tier, or dropping yours entirely, which again is why I'm having a dilemma. Because as a good friend, I wanna see you succeed, but I also have to look at my own financial situation as well, which is why I just can't decide between the two, because picking option two just makes me feel selfish. Anyway, that's just my 2 cents. It is your patreon, and I will support whatever you decide, and will just decide what to do on my end once the changes happen.
