Greetings everyone!

Happy new year once again, lets get to it at full force!

We have a bit of an issue with the current queue of suggestions and Patreon's and Strawpolls built in max option limit (20 and 30 respectively),this issue affects both our Librarium Animated and Librarium Extra releases, where we are at over 30 suggestion on each respectively!

As such I have been tinkering with different potential solutions, since I don't really want to remove older suggestions, as they sometimes make amazing comebacks! (God Warrior Skoll comes to mind for example, she spent a loooong time in the polls until becoming an eventual winner in December)! If it were up to me of course, I would just keep on having every option available, but in the meantime and given the platform's limitations,  I came up with an idea we can try out this month.

Option pools!

This way I can bring back the polls to patreon's platform which has better controls, settings and insights, and is also easier for everyone to vote on, and also we get to keep all the wonderful suggestions our fellow creators here make!

For the pools I will not be doing anything special, just taking the literal list I always compile (Which has the newest suggestions at the top for no real reason other than organization!) and splitting it in half! If we are all happy with this new approach I can keep tweaking the formula!

For January 2019 with 38 suggestions on the list, we will have two pools (A & B), There will be 2 winners per pool (The two most voted options on each pool) to make up our grid for January update cycle releases! In simple terms, two pools, two winners per pool, to make up our total of four Librarium Animated releases for January!

Thus without further announcements to make, here's pool A!

Animated Update to A Static Monster by Sarah.R

Potential pool: Cyber Pegasus, Nucklve, Ice Lion, Colossal Red T-Rex

The Ravager by Sarah R.

A fierce brawler, this woman wears an oversized hoodie in the style of a white tiger's pelt (complete with wide, sapphire-blue eyes). Her sleeves are wide and large over her brass or gold brawler's gloves. She uses a combination of kickboxing kicks and, of course, her fists to attack. Additionally, as a buffing maneuver, she steps back and guards her face with her gloves.

Animated Update to Skull Knight Xoer by Gregaur-X

Michael Well, no one knows what happen to Michael. He used to be one of the best legendary knights, but then something happens (you will tell it in your game, maybe love, maybe hate, maybe greed, etc...) Whatever, he is much more powerful now. But at what price? You can find him here : http://yanfly.moe/2017/06/28/comic-lets-make-a-character/

Leash The Cruel Blood Mage by Gregaur-X

Among all the kind of magic we know, there is one we are not allowed to use, the blood magic. It’s a very powerful magic but the price is too high. Indeed, you need to sacrifice your soul and your blood to use it correctly. Unfortunatly, there is one terrible mage who find a way to use it without sacrifice her own soul or blood. Thanks to her terrible experiences she realizes that he can use other’s blood to pay the price of using Blood magic. She is a really beautiful women but she has crazy red eyes. Even when she’s fighting you can see a crazy smile on her face with blood flowed from it. She can wear a mage red dress, it would be the same style than the Mage Blood Manipulation we previously had. She can use some blood magic so there is a lot of blood floating around her she can use to attack. She hold (with a chain or with her hand) a body, halfway between life and death from where she can draw blood, soul and power.

El Shroomo by Gregaur-X

El Shroomo “I'll make him an offer he can't refuse.” Very class but also very small with this godfather moustache. He is the most dangerous Shroom in the gang. It’s a mix between and update of the existing Boss shroom and a new one. Maybe he can have a collection of weapons (Knife, gun, Shroomzooka ! ).

Updated Dragonbones version of Diana by Jeff Mcintyre

Lamia Diana, An update to the older Diana animated battler to make her compatible with Dragonbones. This battler is one of my favorites, and she could use an update to be more in line with the current Librarium content. Please include all four color variations if possible.

Fairytale Terminator by hubotang

He is a reformer who works for evil scientists. In order to provide scientists with experimental bodies, make up Santa Claus to send children a gift of death at Christmas. His right eye is equipped with a laser transmitter, handheld The Christmas-style rocket launcher, the gift bag on the back is printed with the words "DD", and the bag is filled with explosives such as grenades. Attack mode 1: Laser emission from the right eye Attack Mode 2: Handheld Rocket Attack Attack Mode 3: Continuously throwing grenade or child's body from the bag to attack [The first time to write a suggestion.... God knows if you can understand, I can only touch the luck, hahahaha]

The Greatest Bandit Robin Hood by Darkstarmatryx

Robin Hood With a bow, a staff or a sword Robin Hood can fight his way through but watch out he also might just pick your pockets at the while he's at it. Is he a hero or a villain no one can say but he is in the way of your adventure and certainly causing a lot of distress to the city. I was thinking browns and greens for his outfit.

God Ogmios by GiantHurtBall

A slightly different take on Ogmios as binding the living to him until they are but skeletons he uses the skeletons left over to make a body for himself taking different bones to improve his combat abilities (dino feet and claws) or utilities extra arms/ different legs. With all these bones he stands about three times the size of a normal human. With my version of Ogmios he has a core like stone with an appearance of coloured gems on a black material that appear like eyes with flowing energy within them. He forms ooze a tar like substance to bind living dead to protect himself and to see those bound to the afterlife being reabsorbed by Jubokko keeping the bones as a means to host his vulnerable core. Rumour has it that the blue eye like gem is, in fact, the eye of another God that Ogmios uses. "As a binding god, he has the ability to bind people onto himself and control their actions. He can also create defixiones, which are tablets that have curses which he can bind on to other people." + "Ogmios is also a psychopomp, binding the souls of the dead onto himself and leading them to the afterlife." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ogmios https://gyazo.com/653e4875d8b864c86ae7ae1fa8af8187

God Muthia Wukai by GiantHurtBall

Muthia Wukai was punished for rebelling against Belial and was split in two as Wukia was very strong and needed to be weakened. Muthia is the weaker female half of Wukia that Belial force to stay in the human capital to help him maintain balance, Muthia defeated many in Belials name. Muthia was heavily injured during the fight against the God of Lust barely managing to defeat her. The God of Lust's final act was to cursed Muthia with her power transforming her top half into a human with Lust's hunger. Since then she has been locked in the block of judgement for fears that she can no longer control herself as she wishes to destroy every creatures ambition and leave them in her cages for amusement. Her appearance is that of a pink dragon with feather wings and a human top half and wears golden armour from Belial Gifted in Healing Arts and reducing the burden someone feels. Since being cursed she can manipulate healing so that is damages instead of healing and erase people's ambition turning even a strong hero into a mindless slave. https://gyazo.com/2234468843e0b533ed4e0b97f88a808a

Animated Update to Zodiac Sagittarius by Anonfox93

Part Man Part Horse All ManHorse.

Valdrekk, the Scarred by IronRifle64

The last remaining dragon of its kind, Valdrekk has been in many battles, and has the scars to prove it, with some even exposing his bones. However, being the last of his kind and his many battles has driven him to insanity. He now resides atop a volcano, where the searing heat cauterizes his open wounds, distracts him from his constant pain, and where he utterly anhillates anyone who dares trespass. He uses his four claws to rapidly slash enemies, and spews lava on his enemies. He will also bite enemies upon occasion.

Tsukumogami King by Naterkix

A giant amalgam of old computers, TVs, game consoles, desk fans and other random electronics.

Description behind the creature: In the ruins of what was once Shibuya, Tokyo, a mass of old electronics were bound together and somehow gained sentience/a soul after being 99-or-so years old. Hurls old electronics and uses electricity to manipulate the various bits under it's control to repel anything that might try to infringe on it's (mostly empty) territory. It uses a giant, slightly cracked flat screen TV to project what it thinks it remembers as being a face but the rest is a writhing mess of electronics that it can morph to make various ways of moving (like tank treads or legs), attacking (like a TV-flinger or spinning fan blades and metal/glass shards.) or whatever else it decides it wants to do at anmy given moment. It's even possible it may never truly die unless some way was found to obliterate all of what's left of Shibuya so nothing's left but sand, an unlikely prospect in a world where the Tsukumogami King has been able to even exist. You'll probably be fine unless you have some strange reason to visit the ruins of a long-forgotten city.

Branchiosaur by Alexander McManaway

A giant sauropod (long-necked) dinosaur type enemy. Map sprite/battler should be *huge* to give an impression of it's overwhelming size/strength. Suitable for use as a boss/mini-boss/really hardcore encounter. Extra spikes, armor, etc., could also be added, at your discretion.

In Final Fantasy VI, there was a relatively rare late-game encounter called the Brachiosaur. It was a standard random encounter that would appear in a certain part of the game world without any special requirements or fanfare. It would then absolutely wreck your party unless you were fully prepared to face it, and that's kinda the feel I'm going for with this guy. Attacks can include a stomp, a tail-sweep, and possibly one or two casting animations (such as rearing up on it's hind legs, or raising it's neck/head as if to charge an attack) for late game spells/hardcore attacks. Nothing to fancy, as the Brachiosaur relies on sheer raw power, not fancy gimmicks to win.

Demogorgon by Raven Burns

Demogorgon is a powerful demon prince. He is known as the Prince of Demons, a self-proclaimed title he holds by virtue of his power and influence, which, in turn, is a title acknowledged by both mortals and his fellow demons. Demogorgon was also named as one of the greatest villains in D&D history by the final print issue of Dragon. Demogorgon appears as an 18-foot-tall (5.5 m), reptilian (or amphibious) hermaphroditic tanar'ri with a somewhat humanoid form. Two mandrill heads sprout from his twin snake-like necks, and his arms end in long tentacles. His two heads have individual minds, called Aameul (the left head) and Hethradiah (the right head). One of Demogorgon's best-kept secrets, even from his cultists and minions, is that his two personas strive to dominate (and even kill) each other, but are unable to because they are aspects of one another. Despite this duality, many of Demogorgon's plots revolve around either permanently separating or uniting these two personas. According to kopru legends, Demogorgon has two mothers, which account for his twin personas. His blue-green skin is plated with snake-like scales, his body and legs are those of a giant lizard, and his thick tail is forked. His appearance testifies to his command of cold-blooded things such as serpents, reptiles, and octopodes. In the 3E sourcebook Book of Vile Darkness, he is described and depicted as having hyena heads instead of mandrill heads. Demogorgon can charm enemies or drive enemies insane with his gaze, depending on which head's eyes are met; if both heads lock their gazes on a single target simultaneously, Demogorgon can hypnotize foes. His whip-like tail has the ability to drain the life energy right out of a living foe. His tentacles cause living creatures to rot away, as if by some sort of rapid leprosy. Because each head is a separate personality that each controls his body, Demogorgon may act twice as often during combat as he should be able to. In 4th Edition, the book The Plane Above: Secrets of the Astral Sea and the Monster Manual 2 both state that Demogorgon's two heads are the result of a great battle. Eons ago, Demogorgon, Orcus, and the demon lord Rimmon united to enter the Astral Sea and invade the divine dominion of Kalandurren, home of the god Amoth. Amoth slew Rimmon and nearly cut Demogorgon in half before Orcus killed him. The wound resulted in Demogorgon having two heads

Cockatrice Fetero by Gregaur-X

The Ultimate Chicken lizard.

We all know him. He is a terrible monster. Half chicken, half lizard it’s base on the RTP’s cockatrice. He’s fearless, an enormous chicken you don’t want to cross during your adventure. Maybe your hero hit accidently a chicken and an hord of Fatero will come to avenge it. Fatero can be your first boss or the final one in a terrible plot twist you don’t want to assume. Sure thing, it would be a really funny addition to the librarium.

Ignis the Enraged One by SenG

When Gaia sent out her titans to fight the Eldritch, she needed a warrior. She had Dynamo to wrestle Yoggoth, Alfadriel to defend her, Ilnoct to trap them, and Demeres to stun them… but who would fight on the front line? Who would tear through the demons? So she crafted a sword of fire, one that would cut through nearly anything in existence. The sword floated in the air, a hand forming around the hilt. And from the fires of the blade burst forth a spirit, eternally filled with blind rage. Gaia named him Ignis and turned the creature towards the Eldritch. Ignis went through demon by demon, reducing them to ash. Falling in love with Demeres, he became the summer to her winter. Their relationship blossomed in the war, but the time of peace was far different. Without an outlet for the literal burning hate in his heart, Ignis became a crazed force and attacked the inhabitants of Gaia. The Titans were left with no choice other than to contain him. Terran formed the Center of the Earth and Dynamo shoved him deep within it. Now his fire would be quenched but the heat would travel to the surface. Even if he didn’t intend to protect the inhabitants of the Earth, he would be able to warm them. Demeres, broken hearted, went to the North, but we already know her story. With eons upon eons passing, and Yoggoth returning, what do we do with the Eldritch armies now? We could let Ignis fight them, but can we convince him to go back to the Center of the Earth afterwards? Do we let the fire burn or attempt to put it out? It’s up to you to decide!

Crazy Chef Hannibal by Gregaur-X

Hannibal is a kind of crazy chef. You’re not sure of what he cooks for you. Is it chicken, beef, his last client? He’s tall and a little bit plump. His kitchen tools are way too big to be just use in his kitchen. Maybe he attacks any complainer to put it on the next day’s menu. He wears a classic chef uniform, a chef hat, but it’s not really a clean one.

Anyway, don’t try its specialties…

Mythical Stag Kyris by Sarah R.

A creature blended between nature and magic, this stag has antlers in intricate, woven patterns. His coloration is grey and blue, and ghostly leaves & vines wind around his body.

His attacks include a charge/ramming motion, stomping hooves, and rearing onto his back legs to cast spells.

Mythical Knight Goldnharl by Kazo

This knight in sleek golden armor is spoken of only in legend, and it is unknown if he is real or not. The stories of him are also unclear, some say he is a predecessor of the Legendary Knights, while others claim he was a wandering knight that helped anyone he could reach. The only thing that the stories could agree on was that his sword Aurum Rex would glow brightly before he unleashed a devastating attacks and his armor Caelum Armis could defend from all but the strongest of attacks.

Surely any adventure worth their salt would like to cross swords with such a legend?

All in all wonderful suggestions, I love all these new ideas, can't wait to illustrate the winning options! Onwards to pool B on the next post!
