Living Hoard Midas preview! (Patreon)

Tonight I want to share the preview reel for Midas the Living Hoard, as suggested by Gabrielle Marzagalli and voted by the community!

 There once was Midas, a king so greedy that it desired to transform into gold everything he touched. Unfortunatly his love for gold was so great and sick that he touched himself, transforming into a gold statue to be one with his precious metal. Many years after that statue was fused to get the gold and make golden coins for the new king, but inside that coins the evil spirit of the old king lived on. As soon as they entered the king's treasure room, Midas possessed the entire hoard and animated into a monster that killed the king and claimed the kingdom as its own. The living hoard is mostly made of gold coins, but it also contais gems and precious artifacts. In its normal form, it appears as a colossal pile of treasures, with two holes in it that resembles eyes, and when attacking it transform into three different forms, depending on the type of the attack. The standard attack consist in rising and slamming down onto the enemy as giant mass of coins. A more elaborate attack is protrouding a giant hand made of coins to punch the opponent. Lastly when it uses magic, a spire made of coins rise from its body, with a giant ruby on its top to channel the spell. Will some hero defeat The Living Hoard and get the kingdom back from the mad king? 

Midas was...super interesting! It took a lot of work, but I was happy to see our little pile of coins coming to life.I had to modify the punch attack into a sword type attack, but I think it works!

 Hope you guys will like this release as well! The action sequences on the reel will be included as part of the upcoming first July update cycle rewards!
