Glassix 0.64 full version small fix (Patreon)

Hi guys,

I've received feedback I forgot to turn off DEV mode in Glassix 0.64 full version (patch is fine) which causes the game to start with some random data I use to test instead of the main menu page. 

I've updated the full version download links already but if you don't want to redownload everything, you can also simply open the file Glassix/data/config.xml, go to line 430 and replace  <dev enable="1"> by <dev enable="0">. This will disable DEV mode.
