I cannot trigger Utako´s 4th event. She never visits MC at home. Between 17:00 and 18:00. Should it be in the hallway? I don´t know, is there something what i have missed?

The location should be at her home, not the MC home. Anywhere in her home should work. You can also ask her to follow you to force the event.
