Glassix scene image poll
- Solution one : 8 variations 21
- Solution two : 11 variations 93
As explained previously, I've been working on a new 3 layers systems for Glassix which will allow the girl to have the proper outfits.
Currently, only one layer of cloth is displayed among those 3 :
The problem with this one layer version was that with the inclusion of the new sexy underwear, we would have been forced to create 2 versions or even 3 versions per top, for example, if we take the casual outfit as a reference, we would have needed to create an image showing the casual outfit + normal underwear, another one showing the casual outfit + sexy underwear and potentially the casual outfit without underwear. Repeat that for the 3 other tops and you end up with way too many variations.
Which is why splitting the images in 3 layers will solve the issue. At the moment, the images for the top outfit have been generated without underwear, which is why you don't see the sexy or normal underwear. Hopefully with next version, it'll be completed and you'll see the proper underwear whatever top you choose.
Anyway, this 3 layers system can work for the basic avatars of the girls while you travel around town but due to the complexity to create the 3 layers, it will not be possible to repeat the process for images during events. Which is why we need to find a solution which would satisfy most of you.
For events images, we'll have to keep using only one layer but since we don't want to create too many variations, we decided with CarpeNoctem to let you choose which outfits we'll be generating.
Solution 1:
We'll go with the minimum and most fitting images (basically normal version of the top with the normal underwear and the sexy tops with the sexy underwear), as follow :
This already makes 8 different variations for 1 same image.
Solution 2 :
This one is the same as solution 1 but with additional outfits :
Some of these images have already been processed but since these outfits are quite small, we could default it to naked version to reduce the number of images to process, reducing the game size.
So it's up to you to decide. The poll ends on Friday.
If you have another solution to suggest, feel free to detail it in the comments!
