Weekly news (Patreon)

So the beginning of the month has been quite busy for me and that delayed the patch a bit. Plus Patreon reviewed my campaign and I had to make some small adjustments, like removing some public posts H images or making the walkthrough private. So it was time to post about what's going to happen this month!

First, we're currently moving the walkthrough to a proper online wiki. The good side of this is that we will be able to give much more details about the game in the wiki than in a plain post. It'll also be better organized with links everywhere to easily navigate between pages. It should be finished either this month or the next.

About Glassix :

Now about Glassix next update itself, the original plan was to work on the new dating system. However many players reported some instabilities in the game. I do try to correct bugs reported but they sometimes are difficult to reproduce which is why for this update, I decided to delay the dating update and instead, work on a stability update. I'm planning to add some more security and logs when files are loaded for the game since most of the time, problems come due to XML files for the game not being loaded properly and I'll also add some developer tools to make it easier for CarpeNoctem to work on his own stuff and test it. 

Since this will be mainly code management for this update and I know you guys find it boring, we'll take this delay to work on something you will like better : The new outfits for the girls! We're going to prepare most of the new outfits for the girls (at least, the sexy casual and sexy underwear since the sexy work will require specific quests to unlock so more time to add those needed). We'll add them to the clothing and underwear shops so you can buy them in next version and start dressing your girl more sexily. This will only concerns the avatars at first, not the scenes images meaning those new outfits will default to the naked version.

Another important feature here will be the use of proper layered images for those new avatar. Currently, each girl outfits has its own full size image with the body included. In the next update, this will change and use 3 layers of images : naked, underwear (if worn) and outfit. This is intended to reduce the number of images produced with the appearance of new underwear. Plus you'll might see the underwear (or not) directly if the skirt is short enough :) It might even lead in the future to a new layer of semen appearing on the girls. It was requested by some of you and is already handled in some other games. It does add a nice touch so we'll try to make it happen and you'll be able to decide if your girls will walk covered in semen publicly (depending on their audacity level of course)

We would like to add this new layer system to the commands scenes too but it might require to redo a lot of the images, which is why we're going to let you patrons decide this in a future poll. I'll prepare a proper sample of images for you to understand what I mean exactly then you'll be able to vote, knowing that such an update might require many months of work due to the amount of girls :x

About Lust Complex :

Last time I talked about Lust Complex, I reported two major problems with the development of my new game :

• The dick model was not imported correctly
• The animations bought in Daz3D (the 3D software used for the 3D models) could not be imported in Unity (the engine used for the game)

Well, the first problem has been solved, even though not as customizable as originally intended, the male character now has a rock hard dick in its full length :D

For the second issue, I've add to resort to animating directly in Unity and bought some assets for it. This once more delays my plan because the animations I had bought only works in Daz and creating sex animations myself will take even more time, but not much choice here I'm afraid.

Since I'd like to release the first alpha version asap, I'm now wondering whether I should add few animations or rather not animate at first and add just standstill poses. Here again, I'll release a poll to 15$ patrons to decide the best course.
