Misato is working as a part time English Instructor in some office in preparation for her career as a teacher in some local municipal middle school. The pay isnt great but at least its close to her dad’s (he’s alive in this timeline) and friends. She’s saving up to buy her dream car. Her dad, at first, disapproves of this and wants her to marry already but after finding out it’s a vintage Renault Alpine A310, he agrees that its a worthwhile endeavor.
