Xing's Idea on Art FX Effext and Animation

This is a Modder Resource mod

If you are "User" ,just Install like other Nemesis mod

In short :

This mod is adding new changes to some animations through havok behavior editing

This is mainly for the people to install my costume animation effects mods

But  don't want to install the  NewStaffSchool Mod that will change the magic behavior.

This will not actually affect your game behavior, just let me use to achieve some special effects and animation

And Will Upload to Nexus in the Future
