Chitin comes from a mysterious land where he lives as a pet to a dragon overlord who rules the dark underbelly of the ocean. Chitin was sent to Strixhaven college after showing signs of natural magic. With the task of learning as much as he can in his time in the college Chitin struggles with social norms not being used to being treated as an equal by his piers. He works in the library and enjoys reading and learning new things in this strange place. He always tries to follow the rules but can be easily coaxed into doing new and naughty things.
