How do I get a pin?

This pin will only be available to buy on Patreon during September. So pledge to the tier before the month is up!

Where do you ship?

I ship both domestically and internationally.

When will I get this?

I’ll start shipping these pins in early January!

Once your pin has been shipped, you should get an email saying that it’s been shipped! Though lately, the email has been glitching. So if you have ANY questions, please feel free to ask me!

If you’re in the US it should only take about 3-5 days.

If you’re international, then it’s going to take about 3 weeks or more.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope!

What about customs?

Please be aware that there are certain countries that have customs. I don’t have any control over this, and I need to fill out the forms properly or I can get in a lot of legal trouble.

If you are an international Cardigan please check your local laws about customs!

What if I’m already a Patron and I change my tier? Do I have to pay the full price?

You will only be charged with the difference between your current tier and the Loyal Cardigan tier.

For example: if you are at the $5 tier, then you will only be charged $20 if you move tiers.

How do I update my address?

When you sign up for the tier it should guide you to do so.

If it doesn’t this is how:

on your laptop/desktop go to the Patreon Main Page > Click on your icon in the top right corner > Click my profile settings > Scroll down to shipping address > Add your address!

What if my address isn’t up to date?

Please message us ASAP. Because once the item is shipped there isn’t much we can do.

What if I don’t make it to the Special Offer?

When does the next pin come out?

Sadly, this is the very last enamel pin I’m doing.

Can I buy pins from the past?
