I'm scrapping my current Twitch channel and this is why... (Patreon)

What's going on?

My twitch name change idea began when I was in an interesting life crossroad.

At the time, I had to deal with multiple heartbreaks -- in my romantic, work, family, and financial life. All those combined, somehow took a toll on me and I felt like at work, I had to switch something up visually to match that energy. Perhaps I was trying to look for a distraction, to make something new, to make me feel excited and have some fun again, while I was also trying to process and figure out how to move forward.

In case you're new here, one thing about me you should know is that I have a lifelong relationship with D&D, and that's how the concept of diceface came to life. As I tie it together with my desire to separate myself from the ideal Cardlin, I wanted to personalize my livestreams so I can be more of myself. That's how I eventually shifted to andthenjcsaid.

Even if y'all only knew bits and pieces of what was going on in my personal life, I'm in awe that y'all still stayed with me. So, thank you so much!

Now, why am I switching again?

At the moment, it's still a struggle but I'm generally doing better -- enough to get myself back into a more vibrant perspective and I hope you'd continue to stick around to eventually see and feel what I mean.

Fingers crossed it would all make sense and I can't wait to share the new vibe with y'all!

It's the last couple of weeks until this chapter is closed. The new channel, new design, and new giftuber persona will all be revealed at the beginning of August, but in the meantime I want to give my loving boys Diceface and Bonkbonk a proper farewell.
