Finalheaven2 updates (Patreon)

Thanks to one of my new patreons I realized I needed to fix 2 things.
.Description of the Tiers was (although well RP) not saying exactly what you would get. Corrected it!
.Bad Tier tagging from my part. People with access to everything was not able to view all the content. It was corrected and now Tier4 does give access to every post!
